TOPTIC, the key event of information technology and communication

Within the framework of the Mediterranean Economic Week, the Chamber of Commerce and Industry Marseille Provence, its association partners : Medinsoft, Libertis and PRIMI, are organising the eighth edition of TOPTIC to learn, share and enjoy the best feedback on the use of ICT in the workplace.

This day is an opportunity for SMES to meet experts, to participate in a thirty workshops covering all ICT thematic (forum web strategy and e-commerce, professional Forum of Free Software and Open Source, e-Tourism Forum, Forum of corporate performance ...) to discover innovative demonstrations exhibitors partners, participate in the various awards during the day, attend the Final conference of EVITA European project.

EVITA project – Interreg IVC - aims to exchange best practice on SMES awareness on ICT uses and to support policy makers to define their own strategy.

Ten regions (Sweden, Galicia, Catalonia, Latvia, Lithuania, Slovenia, Southern Aegean Region, Malta, Greece, France) have been working together for 3 years in order to identify the best support policies on ICT around Europe and all over the world; a benchmark study was carried out in order to understand why the rates of ICT penetration in SMEs is bigger in some region than others.

The Final conference will share the results of the project and will be the opportunity to identify new ideas, particularly in Mediterranean areas.
