Workshop Geographic Information : Cities and Territories in the Mediterranean 2/2

The workshop "Geographic Information : Cities and Territories in the Mediterranean", organized by the “Club International AFIGEO” and its partners (Centre de Marseille pour l'Intégration en Méditerranée, CNIG, OGE, Groupe FIT, Star-Apic and IGN France International ), will run from October 12 to 13 at the Palais de la Bourse in Marseille.

It is open to all actors who wish to participate or get involved in urban management around the Mediterranean. It aims to encourage feedback and the emergence of common issues, to give rise to projects between SMEs, local authorities... of the Mediterranean.

The focus will be on geographic information as a tool for planning and land management, tool shared by public and private actors. Two topics will be addressed specifically : access to territorial data and the land (tool of taxation, management and governance).
